After months of anticipation, the city last week razed the blighted apartment building at 1482-1484 W. 117^th St. in Lakewood. They took control of the Demolition on 117th in Lakewood foreclosed property on February 2^nd, after purchasing it at sheriff’s sale for $55,000.
